WE BELIEVE IN CHANGE

At Cornerstone Transitional Housing, we want to help those who are looking to get off the street and improve their employment prospects through education and vocational training. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we’re able to provide transitional housing and supportive services to homeless men. Our program will provide clients with the resources they need to reach their goals.

  • Achieve long term residential stability in a Christian and DRUG FREE environment.

  • Obtain necessary education and vocational training to increase their skill levels and or income.

  • Resolve minor legal issues that limit their ability to obtain employment.

  • Obtain greater self determination and improve life skills through faith.

Cornerstone Transitional Housing, is a faith and community-based 501(c) (3) nonprofit, incorporated in 2018.  The name Cornerstone Transitional Housing was chosen to exemplify a broad-based community organization consisting of both secular and ecumenical groups, which is reflected in its active welcome of partnerships with congregations, business, and individuals.

There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up.
